Graphic Creations, a University of Tennessee licensed vendor, has approved templates for departmental stationery such as business cards, envelopes and letterhead.
Orders can be placed using an ordering portal. Each office in the UT System has a designated stationery manager with access to the portal. If you are unsure who has access in your unit, please contact Halley Kurtz, Assistant Director of Creative Services, at halley.kurtz@tennessee.edu.
If you have a need to produce stationery that supports a specific office or individual and there is no existing template, please connect with Communications and Marketing for assistance.
Digital Letterhead
If your division or department needs a digital letterhead (Microsoft Word file), complete the digital letterhead request form. We no longer personalize letterhead templates for individuals, but you can add your name by centering it in Arial 8pt under the header.
